What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product line. For most industrial threads (High Tenacity Polyester, Bonded Nylon/Polyester), the MOQ starts at 500 kg per color. For craft threads such as Pearl Cotton Embroidery Floss and Crochet Thread, MOQ starts at 10kg units per Color. We are open to discussing smaller trial orders for new long-term partners. Please contact us to confirm the specific MOQ for your required product.
Do you offer OEM/ODM customization services?
Yes. OEM/ODM is our core service. We support the full product development cycle from concept to mass production:
- Custom color matching against Pantone, DMC, Anchor, or your own color swatches
- Private-label packaging design (spools, cones, cards, hangtags)
- Custom yarn constructions and denier specifications
- Proprietary spool molds — we hold copyright on our 500m plastic cone for Amazon sellers

Can you match specific colors or thread counts?
Absolutely. We maintain a library of 1,000+ standard colors and support full custom dyeing against buyer-provided swatches, Pantone references, or standard color systems (DMC, Anchor). For embroidery thread we also stock 12 Brother colors, 21-color, 40-color, and 60-color sets ready for small orders. Lead time for custom color development is typically 7–14 days before bulk production.
What are your typical lead times and shipping options?
Standard production lead time is 15–30 business days after order confirmation and deposit receipt, depending on product complexity and order volume. We ship from Ningbo, China — one of the world's busiest container ports — supporting:
- FCL / LCL sea freight for large bulk orders
- Air freight and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for urgent or sample shipments
- FOB, CIF, and EXW Incoterms available
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes. We strongly encourage sample evaluation before committing to bulk orders. Standard product samples from our existing range can be dispatched within 3–5 business days. Custom development samples (unique color, construction, or packaging) typically require 7–14 days. Sample costs are generally credited against your first bulk order. Please reach out with your specifications to request a sample kit.
What payment terms do you accept?
We work with standard B2B trade payment structures:
- T/T (Bank Wire Transfer) — 30% deposit to begin production, 70% balance before shipment
- L/C (Letter of Credit) — Available for orders above a minimum threshold
- PayPal / West Union — Available for sample payments and small trial orders
